  • Start of submission: 1st November 2023 (Wednesday) at 12:00am Malaysia Standard Time.
  • End of submission: 30th November 2023 (Thursday) 8th December 2023 (Friday) at 11:59pm Malaysia Standard Time.
  • Results announcement: 22nd December 2023 (Friday) at 12:00pm Malaysia Standard Time.


Objectives
The International Inter Varsity Innovation Challenge 2023 (IVIC2023) jointly organized by Einstein Research Academy, Jiangsu Vocational College of Medicine, China, Al-Rafidain University College, Iraq, and supported by INTI International University, Malaysia. IVIC2023 provides an exciting opportunity for university students to present their scientific innovative ideas or inventions to scientific and business communities internationally in a 3-minute video. The IVIC challenge is open to all students that are officially attached to any university or higher learning institution worldwide. The IVIC will enable the participating student to gain recognition for their innovation or innovative idea as to compete amongst international students for the IVIC recognition awards.


This challenge is open to following categories
  • Diploma and Undergraduate student
  • Post graduate student


Participation conditions
  • Maximum of 3 members per project
  • Each team or Individual can submit only one 3-minute video
  • The presentation must be in English and must be clearly spoken word. No poems, raps, or songs are allowed
  • The topic must be about an innovative idea or invention related to science. (Contribution to SDGs, Innovation and Creativity is a must)
  • Videos must meet the following criteria:
    - They must contain a title slide.
    - They must mention International Intervarsity Innovation Challenge 2023 in their video.
    - They must be filmed horizontally.
  • Videos have to be uploaded to any online video platform and submit the video link. Only video links will be accepted
  • Competitors will not be judged on the video quality or editing capabilities. Judging will focus on the presentation, the ability to communicate research to a non-specialist audience, and the PowerPoint slide. The judges' decision is final, and no negotiations or correspondence will be entertained
  • There is no participation fee


Prizes for each category
  • 1st Prize: Gold medal
  • 2nd Prize: Silver medal
  • 3rd Prize: Bronze medal
